Happily Nut-Free provides delicious, small-batch, soft-baked, certified nut-free, homemade cookies to anyone who loves cookies. We  deliver a product baked with care and goodwill, and peace of mind to adults and children with nut allergies. 

As my son sampled new foods at three-years-old, the simple curiosity of watching my husband crack walnut shells resulted in a phone call to the doctor's office. My son touched a shell and rubbed his eye, and a few moments later his eyelid was swollen. Benadryl became a necessity at home, school, and camp along with the epipen in case of a severe reaction. 

We are now a nut allergy aware family. My son attends a nut-free school and we are careful to avoid potential nut allergens at home, in restaurants, and at birthday parties. In the meantime I've created a cookie that we, and all nut allergy aware families can all enjoy. I modified my mother's legendary (yes, legendary!) cookie recipes to be completely nut-free, including the type of flour and chocolate chips that I use. This is a snack that I can pack for school, camp, or birthday parties and maintain peace of mind.

Happily Nut-Free cookies are produced with nut-free ingredients, making them a worry-free choice for anyone with this allergy. In addition to providing delicious cookies, we hope to raise awareness about this important public health issue.
